Jackson Ndecheck

Board President/CEO/Founder

Jackson Ndecheck has served within full-time intercultural Missions for 20 years including Africa, Asia, Europe and the United States of America. While serving in Sub-Saharan African Region, Ndecheck Jackson became the director of the Discipleship Training Center for Youth With A Mission in Nigeria, Training School leaders and helped oversee the multiplication of the Discipleship Training School in 7 other Locations within 5 years.

From 2005-2007, Jackson Ndecheck helped in the re-pioneering of a Training Campus in Noepe Togo and served as the Director for the Discipleship Training School at this location.

Jackson returned to Nigeria and served as the coordinator of an international Leadership Training Course involving 120 participants from 22 Nations.

In 2010, Jackson moved to the United States and completed his undergrads in Biblical Studies and an MA in Community Development with an Emphasis is Transformation through Education for Africa.

Jackson Ndecheck has taken part in numerous academic research in both graduates and post graduate level including the SourceView Project of the Seven Spheres of Influence lead by David Joel Hamilton.

Between 2016-2019, Ndecheck Jackson worked extensively with key and high level leaders in the Continent of Africa to test some of the theory of the Seven Spheres of Influence. The result which led to the founding of TRIPSAFRICA.

Jackson Ndecheck believes that addressing the culture and worldview of Africa through a Biblical skill-based education is key for African Transformation.

Jackson is Married to Anneke Klugkist from the Netherlands and they Live with their 4 Children Hope, REJoyce, Kyndness and WARRIOR in Kona Hawaii serving as full-time Staff with the University of the Nations Campus in Kailua-Kona.

Jørgen Kristiansen

Chairman of the Board/Founder

Jørgen H. Kristiansen (Norwegian) is a writer, economist and politician. From 2001 he has been active as a politician for the Christian Democratic Party in Norway.

He has served as a member of the city council in Kristiansand, Norway since 2003.From 2011 he has served as deputy Mayor of Kristiansand. Jørgen holds an MBA from the University of Agder and Oregon State University (USA) and has worked as stock broker and consultant in corporate banking. (Nordea and SpareBank 1 SR-Bank.)

Jørgen is vice president of Union of the Baltic Cities. And he is also chairing the working group “Refugees & Internal Displacement” within Strong Cities Network.

He is married and has 3 boys.

Martin Eikrem

  • Specialist of family medicine, 2018
  • Leading doctor of disease control and prevention in the local authorithy of Karmøy kommune, Norway since 2015

Dr. Zora Wolfe

Associate Professor in Educational Leadership

Dr. Zora Wolfe is an Associate Professor in Educational Leadership, at Widener University, PA, USA. She holds an MA in Science Education, from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her EdD in Educational Leadership, from the University of Pennsylvania. She has experience in preschool through secondary schools, as a teacher, principal and curriculum director, in public and private schools. Her research areas of expertise include organization and leadership development, creating learning communities, and improving teacher practice in K-12 schools.

Sara Johnson-Steffey

Board Secretary/Founder

Sara has almost 20 years of experience in civil society and non-profit consulting, including advocacy, needs assessment, strategic planning and program development, organizational management, and inclusive law-making.

She has traveled extensively and worked and lived in Brazil, the Middle East and Southeast Asia teaching legislative workshops and participatory lawmaking both to the government and civil society audience. As a proponent of grassroots power Sara works to assist clients and partners in developing a needs-based analysis of pressing social issues in communities, with community members as active partners, and then use this information to inform the law-making process.

Sara teaches grant writing and non-profit development at the University of Northwestern-St. Paul and lives near Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her undergraduate work was in international politics and economics with a focus on Africa. Her Master’s work at Brandeis’s Heller School for Social Policy and Management centered around participatory lawmaking and civil society strengthening work.

She has a Bachelor of Arts, International Affairs, from Gordon College and a Masters of Arts in Sustainable International Development from Brandies University.

Kara Sanders

Secretary-General/Founder

Kara has a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems. She has 15 years experience with a variety of nonprofits. Primarily focusing on at-risk youth and vulnerable families. Her areas of expertise include but are not limited to:

  • Nonprofit management within 4 organizations.
  • Leading fundraising events for small to large nonprofits.
  • Running multiple major events for foster youth, professionals, etc.
  • Oversaw all volunteer recruitment for a large mentoring agency.
  • Provided consultation to small nonprofits.
  • Wrote and oversaw community grants.
  • Direct service to vulnerable youth and families.
  • Web development and social media management.
  • Launching and establishing nonprofits.
  • Staffing YWAM schools.
