Jørgen Kristiansen

Chairman of the Board/Founder

Jørgen H. Kristiansen (Norwegian) is a writer, economist and politician. From 2001 he has been active as a politician for the Christian Democratic Party in Norway.

He has served as a member of the city council in Kristiansand, Norway since 2003.From 2011 he has served as deputy Mayor of Kristiansand. Jørgen holds an MBA from the University of Agder and Oregon State University (USA) and has worked as stock broker and consultant in corporate banking. (Nordea and SpareBank 1 SR-Bank.)

Jørgen is vice president of Union of the Baltic Cities. And he is also chairing the working group “Refugees & Internal Displacement” within Strong Cities Network.

He is married and has 3 boys.

Donald R. Tredway, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Tredway is an obstetrician/ gynecologist and reproductive endocrinologist (retired Captain Medical Corps, US Navy) who has been active in medical education and research with faculty appointments at multiple Universities in addition to being Chairman of the department of Ob/Gyn at Oral Roberts University, the University of Oklahoma Tulsa Medical College, and King Fahd National Guard Hospital in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. After 30+ years of clinical practice (gynecology, reproductive, endocrinology and infertility), Dr. Tredway retired the summer of 2009 after 9 years as Vice President and Global Therapeutic Head of a Clinical Development Unit for a major pharmaceutical firm. He currently resides in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with his wife, Donna. Professionally he continues part time in a consulting capacity for industry and teaching as a college Professor of Human Physiology and Anatomy at Tulsa Community College.

Donna graduated from Presbyterian St Luke’s School of Nursing in Chicago, IL with an RN degree. She ministers in personal counseling and also in public ministry with her husband. Donna is also on staff in the College of Counseling and Health Care for the annual Medical Discipleship Training School at the University of the Nations, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. They have four daughters, eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to their medical experience, Dr. and Mrs. Tredway were also in full time mission work with Youth with a Mission in Southeast Asia. Dr. Tredway was ordained by Melodyland Christian Center, Anaheim, California in 1995 for his Christian service. This occurred after Dr. Tredway was healed by God of a serious back condition in 1977 while in the Navy. This healing changed his life. In addition to their medical work and counseling, Dr. and Mrs. Tredway teach and share their faith internationally (Resurrection Ministries, Inc) in YWAM schools and with various Christian churches and organizations.In addition, they assisted Dr. Bruce Thompson in the establishment of the annual Medical DTS in 2012 at the University of the Nations YWAM base in Kona, HI and have continued serving as staff, co-leader, and leaders in 2018,2019. Their home church is the Rev Yandian’s Grace (Home) Church of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

As a physician and nurse, they have seen the healing power of God manifest through prayer in medical practice and in evangelistic services (Resurrection Ministries, Inc). The presence of God is expected as the Name of Jesus is proclaimed.

Dr. Wojtek Wolfe

Associate Professor

Dr. Wojtek Wolfe is an Associate Professor in the Political Science Department, at Rutgers University – Camden, NJ, USA. He holds an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Colorado-Boulder. At Rutgers University, he teaches courses on foreign policy, international political economy, and energy security. His research expertise focuses on the intersection of geopolitics and strategy while contributing to international relations and policy literature. He provides expertise in the areas of US foreign relations, strategic interaction, and energy policy.
